Domain redemption
-
Hi, my website expired and unfortunately I can’t find any link to redeem it. I would be super helpful for your support, I was sure my card was charged but of my own fault, it wasn’t and as of today, I have lost access to my email. Hopefully the domain is not back to the market. B.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain beatabiel.com expired on August 18. We sent several email warnings before it expired.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 90 days. You can learn more about expired domains here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we are still able to recover your domain, as it is currently in the Grace period: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#grace-period
You’ll need to pay the regular $18 renewal price before we can recover the domain.
I have sent a payment request for the total of $18 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is received, we will send a note to our domain partner regarding beatabiel.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
Please hurry though, as will enter the Redemption period next if not renewed soon: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

Thank you. The domain was connected to the e-mail I randomly use and thus, was not aware of the expiry. Well, happens :)

If you’d like us to recover the domain for you, please pay for the renewal via the link staff-blorbo sent you by email as soon as possible. If we wait too long the domain will enter redemption, and at that point it will cost an additional $80 to get it back.

Payment received!
I have contacted our domain partner, and we’ll let you know as soon as the domain has been recovered.
