Domain Redemption

Hi, I let my domain go 3 months ago because my business basically died with covid. I have started to receive inquiries again, but of course, now my website is down and I have nowhere to send them. I’m hoping my domain is still in the redemption phase that I can pay an extra fee and have it restored? The article I found says I need a link from customer service to be able to do this. I’d appreciate any help to get this back on track. Thank you so much.

Your domain byoungforeverphotography.com expired on January 1. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by our domain partner and is not one which we can waive. That’s in addition to your annual domain renewal from us, so the total is going to be $98.
I have sent a payment request for the total of $98 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is sent, please reply here to let us know, and we will send a note to our domain partner regarding byoungforeverphotography.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.

Thank you for your response. If you had read my post in it’s entirety, you’d have seen that my business completely died off during covid and I thought it was over. I could no longer afford to pay the expenses for it. It has been a very difficult experience for me, and I knew it would be challenging to get my domain back. Your patronizing message is not helpful in this situation. You could have just been helpful and left out the judgement for not responding to your numerous emails to pay money that I did not have.
