Domain redemption

  Hi there,

  How can I get my domain back via redemption? Had a billing issue and didn’t get notifications for it, can’t see the domain currently in my account.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  It appears that your domain hasn’t entered into redemption yet and I may still be able to recover it at its regular renewal price.

  For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that I can start the recovery process.

  Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  Hi again, could you please resend the payment request, the email that was attached to my wordpress no longer exists and I have just updated it. many thanks
