Domain Redemption

We used to own akhsvfoundation.org domain through you guys and during the renewal process this year a mistake was made and instead of “k” an “s” was used and ashsvfoundation.org was purchased.
Could we please redeem the akhsvfoundation.org as our foundation is set up with that domain and a lot of history using that domain exists.

Hi there, the registrar charges a redemption fee, but I’ve sent that and the renewal fee along to you. Watch for an email from us with a payment link.
It’s time-sensitive, so you’ll want to pay that as soon as possible so we can get it out of redemption.

Thank you but there seems to be a miscommunication.
The domain that we would like to redeem is aKhsvfoundation.org and the email sent is to redeem aShsvfoundation.org
Notice the difference in K vs S
We would like to redeem akhsvfoundation.org domain. We would like to redeem the one with K. We already have purchased the S version and it does not need redemption.
Could you send the updated payment link please?

Ah, I had copied the wrong domain over when creating the manual request. I have deleted that, and created a new manual request. Please watch for that email.
Also, I noticed you filed a chargeback with the other domain. Claiming it was fraudulent when it was actually a misspelling will gum things up, because there will need to be an investigation and the site can be frozen in the meantime. Can you cancel that investigation, and just use our cancellation features instead? You’ll get a refund if it’s within the refund time frame.

Thank you I received the updated email and have processed the purchase.
It is not yet showing up in my purchases tab in the account other than the billing history. Is this expected behavior? I was hoping to add some A records etc.

Hmm. I can see the payment came through and we have restored it on our side. I wonder if it’s related to the chargeback you had made earlier. Did you see any messages about a chargeback in your dashboard, and were you able to sort those out?
