  Hi there,

  I see you cancelled that domain on 13 April, and it has since gone into redemption at the registry. Once a domain enters redemption we need to pay the registry a redemption fee to get it back.

  Normally we’d need you to pay that redemption fee first, but in this case we can apply the recent payment for your premium plan, which wasn’t refunded when you cancelled the plan and domain, towards the redemption fee.

  If you want to restore the Premium Plan as well, you’ll need to pay for the redemption fee separately.

  Can you let me know which of these two options you prefer?

  Hello,

  Please use my premium plan payment towards the redemption fee.

  I am not interested in the Premium plan at this time.

  Please advise if there is anything further I need to do in order to regain the domain.
