  Hi, we had two domains registered with WordPress which we unintentionally let expire. We would like to redeem these two domains please.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  I see that you had those domains mapped via the “domain connection” function included in the WordPress.com Personal Plan Plan

  It is not possible to map domains to a free WordPress.com site (which must use the WordPress.com URL) but you can upgrade again here, and that will allow you to connect those domains again: https://wordpress.com/plans/

  We have re-established our Personal Plan (which is what we were using and un-intentionally let expire). I cannot see an option for redeeming our previous domains, could you please assist?

  Hello there,

  It looks like these domains are registered with GoDaddy and would need to be reconnected to WordPress.com.

  This can be done as per these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
