Domain Redemption Period

  My domain has was put into the redemption period and there was no option to get it back. Is my domain gone or can I still obtain it?

  Can you please let us know your domain?

  If that domain is registered with WordPress.com then staff can help you out to get it back by contacting there domain registrars.

  Note: As you told you know your domain is in redemption stage. So, you have to pay $80 as redemption fee additional to the renewal charges of the domain.

  If you’re referring to golfstreamgroup.com, then that domain is only mapped to your WordPress.com site and the mapping subscription has lapsed.

  Let me know if that’s the domain in question to further assist you.

  The domain mapping upgrade connecting golfstreamgroup.com to your WordPress.com site expired several weeks ago and has since been removed from your account.
