Domain Redemption Period

    Hello!

    Unfortunately WP emails about domain renewal landed in my spam box and I missed the renewal period.

    It was now been deactivated and upon checking Whois I noticed it is in redemption period.

    Domain in question: carinatoledo.com

    When logging into my WordPress account, it now says ‘0 domains’ so I cannot make the payment there anymore.

    Can a staff member please help me recover my domain so I can make the payment? Please contact me via the Gmail address in my account if sending a payment link.

    Hi, thank you. I changed my email in WP now. I’m not sure how there was one email there but the notifications were going to another. Either way, can you please send the payment link again?

    I can confirm that another member of staff saw your completed payment and restored the domain to your account. I see they emailed you privately to let you know, but just in case you did not get that, you should see your domain active in your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
