Domain Redemption Perioed

  I’m trying to recover my site’s domain (plantedinlove.com) I thought I had the right card with the account, but it must not have been because it didn’t renew. My domain was listed under Wild West Domains as the registrar of record, but I called them and they said they can’t help and I would have to contact wordpress. What can I do? I am so upset I missed this! How can I regain my domain while it’s still in the redemption period?
