Hi, the WordPress connection to our preferred domain victorycollegeprep.org expired recently. We have paid to renew our connection but are going on the second day of our site still publicly showing the free WordPress URL. I understand that it can take up to 72 hours for domain issues to shake out but I would welcome some clarity on whether we are simply waiting for things to cycle through or if we need to still take some vital step that has been missed in trying to restore the connection to the preferred domain. This is of particular importance because the loss of the connection seems to have broken a number of media links throughout our site.

Hi there! It looks like there’s a number of issues here:
First, the Business subscription (that was under a different Administrator account) that allows you to use your own custom domain expired September 20.
Second, your domains nameservers (DNS) are pointing to
*.dnsmadeeasy.comnot WordPress.com. Once you get the Business plan in place, follow these steps to fix your domain mapping:https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/#getting-started-with-domain-mapping
NOTE: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate across the internet.
