Domain Redirect Problem

  I am new to wordpress and know little about web design. I have the domain http://www.brenda-adams.com and want my wordpress site lifecoachingforpt.wordpress.com to be redirected there. It was working last week and now when I click on http://www.brenda-adams.com just a blank page shows up.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Your name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM, were you trying to use Godaddy hosting or do you want your blog to use the custom domain name?

  Did you follow these instructions if you want to use your custom domain name to your current blog.

  Click on “Setting Nameservers for a Domain Name Registered with Us”

  Follow the directions that open up when you click that. For step 5 choose “I have specific name servers for my domains”. The names for nameservers will be the ones listed in the link auxclass gave, which are:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  Skip step 6.

  Then it should start working again as soon as various name server caches have expired the old data (what they call “propagation”). The wordpress.com name servers have the correct data (I checked).

  I also recommend when giving out the URL, or making links elsewhere, to leave out the “www.” part. It’s optional.
