  I purchase a domain through go daddy (myloveonehascancer.com) and want to redirect it to my wordpress.site are youi able to change the name servers to complete the redirect?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll need to change the name servers at GoDaddy. It’s not something we can do from our end.
