Domain Refund

Hello,
I’ve upgraded to the personal plan today with a free domain with the annual purchase. However, I found that it’s not really what I needed so I cancelled the upgrade for a refund. The amount refunded was only 22 dollars so I realized I haven’t got a refund for the domain which is 26 dollars. I would like to have that refunded please. I can’t contact support today since I managed to have this problem on the exact day you guys started being unavailable so I’m using this forum. :)

The domain is still on your account – you haven’t cancelled it yet.
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
Please confirm if you’re sure, and I can cancel and refund the domain for you.

I, see, okay, I didn’t want to cancel anything before speaking to someone in case I do something wrong. Thank you for your help. I won’t be needing this domain so it’s okay to cancel it.
I am confirming that I’m sure to cancel the domain. So, I just log in and cancel the domain and you’ll refund it? :) Sorry if I’m being slow, but I’ve never done this sort of thing before and I want to be sure.

I’ve gone ahead and cancelled and issued your refund. You’ll see a receipt for the refund in your billing history:

You should receive the full refund for your plan and domain in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
