Domain Refund

  Hello.

  I just recently purchased the premium and got a domain. I decided to refund about 30 minutes later, but can’t refund domain. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi onlinebadmintoncoach,

  Your account shows the domain hasn’t been fully cancelled yet. Do you want to use onlinebadmintoncoach.com on another site or do you no longer need the domain at all? Once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to register again so I just want to double check.

  If onlinebadmintoncoach.com is no longer needed, just let me know and I will issue a refund and make sure it is cancelled.

  Thanks for confirming, I’ve cancelled onlinebadmintoncoach and refunded the domain cost. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days.

  I was told to contact customer support to cancel my domain name and receive a refund? How is the best way to do this?
