Domain Refund

  Hello,

  I was automatically renewed my subscription and domain.

  I cancelled my subscription and received a $9 refund, however, can I cancel my domain? I will still be charged $20 it looks like.

  Please advise, thanks.

  Hi there, domains can be refunded up to 48 hours after registration. Otherwise the domain is yours for the full year until it expires. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  You should never cancel a domain if you intend on using it, even if somewhere else on the web.

  While I’ve tagged this thread for Staff, please confirm that you no longer wish to own your domain.

  Thanks for the reply Jennifer,

  I would like to confirm that I do not need my domain.

  I talked to support already and it looks like they will cancel it.

  hi there, i purchased a Premiumplan with WordPress worth ₹6900, later decided to cancel it by holding back domain registration (by deduction of ₹1260/-) and taking refund of services of ₹5640/-. later i got email regarding upgrade from WordPress which i clicked by mistake and ₹5520/- got deducted which i cancelled for refund of ₹5520/-. But my domain is lost, what happened to it.what happened to ₹1260/- which i paid for domain.
