Domain refund

  I have been charged a domain fee that I do not wish to recur on a yearly basis due to utilizing a different domain for my website. I would like to be refunded my $99 for the year. What are the next steps to take?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have already canceled your Premium plan and the domain fortressphysicaltherapy.com. Since you made that purchase almost a year ago on August 13, 2017, it’s not possible to issue you a refund. To receive a refund you must cancel within 30 days of purchase.
