Domain Refund

  Hi there, i’ve cancelled plan upgrade and domain separately. I can see my primary domain is back to normal, i.e. *. wordpress.com. But i’ve received refund notification only for upgrade plan. Am I going to be charged for the domain although I’ve cancelled?

  Hi danalytica,

  The domain portion of your plan hasn’t been refunded yet but I can take care of that for you. Before I do, I just want to check whether you wish to use drnorclinic.vet on another site or whether this domain is no longer needed at all?

  If not, just let me know and I will issue a refund.

  Thanks — I’ve refunded the remaining amount and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  This should show on your statement in 5-10 business days but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
