Domain Refund

  I cancelled my auto-renewed subscription and domain, one day after the auto-renewal date. I observed I did not get a refund for the domain. Please look into it and advise

  Hi there,

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund.
  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  Thanks! I cancelled within 48 hours, yet I did not see a refund credit in my wordpress purchases section. Do you happen to know the process?

  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.
