Domain refund

    I was registered for automatic domain renewal. My bank statement says this came out of my account on Tuesday. As I was away on a business trip I’ve only just seen the transaction now and cancelled my subscription. I believe I am still within the 96hr window but wasn’t offered a refund for the domains, only the account support package. Can I request a refund for the domains too as there has been no activity on any of the sites?

  • Hi @drellis77, I can see you’ve already cancelled the domains. In this case we were able to refund them for you, too. I hope this helps.
