    I cancelled my domain the same day I received it, but a refund hasn’t been given.

    Hi there, I can see the refund was sent on the 17th. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
