Domain Refund

  Hi There! I wanted to inquire about a refund for a previous plan I purchased in June 2019. As of today, I deleted my domain (Thehouseofjah.com) and have resulted to (Dearlovewrites.wordpress.com). Is that possible being as though I no longer have my first domain?

  Hi there!

  Domains can be refunded if canceled 96 hours (4 days) after it was registered. There is some more info on this here.

  Hi,

  you’ve removed the Personal plan and domain thehouseofjah.com out of the refund period so I’m afraid no refund will be possible.

  If you wish, we may restore the subscriptions instead – we’re still on time to do that.
