  Hello,
  You have refunded part of my plan (£69 of £84) but I cannot see the refund for £15 for domain. please advise. thanks

  Hi there!

  The domains can only be refunded within the first 96h. It was past that time when you canceled your domain so no refund was processed. We may be able to recover your domain if you wish – just let us know.

  Your domain was registered on May 16th and canceled on May 23rd so no, I’m afraid no refund can be issued for that.
  As I mentioned though, we can still restore mindwellnesstoolbox.com if you wish to use it. You can point it to a site hosted elsewhere and, after 60 days, you will also be able to transfer it:
