Domain refund

  I have not used WordPress for over a year and have taken off the cards on my account and was looking to run off the remaining time on the subscription. The card which expired in 2019 was then charged for a domain renewal and I am requesting a refund.

  The site I need help with is andreaswisofschi.wordpress.com.
