Domain Refund

Hello. My name is Shaquita Woodson. My username was quitab. I went in and manually cancelled all of my subscriptions but I think there is still money to be refunded. About $18 or $36. I made purchases on September 28, 2021 which was a total of $103.68, receipt ID [redacted] for a premium plan. On September 29, 2021 I made a purchase of $18, receipt I’d [redacted] for a new domain name. When I look at my account on WordPress, it seems all of my subscriptions were cancelled but the total that was refunded did not match the overall charges. If you still have the receipt emails for those purchases, you can also reply to those emails directly.
Based on the amounts you mentioned, it sounds like the outstanding refunds are for domain payments. Domains are only refundable for 96 hours after purchase, so if you cancelled the domains more than 96 hours after you bought them, they will not be refunded.
