  Hi there,

  Our refund period on domains is 96 hours. Your domain payment was made on 24 April, so I’m afraid it can’t be refunded any more.

  I see you had the domain’s name servers pointed to Bluehost.com. Are you trying to use it with a site you have hosted there?

  If you perhaps cancelled it, planning to re-register it directly with Bluehost, you should know that it will be several weeks before the domain becomes available for registration again. So if you still want to use the domain, the best option is for us to restore it to your account right away.

  The domain hasn’t entered redemption yet, so at the moment there will be no extra cost to restore it. But once it enters redemption, which will happen within the next day or two, there will be an extra fee to restore it.
