  I purchased the plan and realized it wasn’t for me so i got a refund. It was supposed to come with a free domain which i got charged for and didn’t get the refund for. I got the refund for the site plan but not the domain that was originally going to be free for the first year. I do not need the domain. I canceled right away and didn’t realize i needed to cancel the domain seperately (as i assumed it was free for the first year like it says)

  Hi there!

  Thanks for getting in touch. The domain is only free for the first year as long as you keep that yearly plan in place. Cancelling that plan means you still need to pay for the domain.

  However, it looks like when you purchased the Explorer plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain dreamingdandelion.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

  I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it was originally cancelled within our refund window, I refunded that $9.04CAD back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
