Domain refund

  Wanted to check if the amount that has been taken from my account regarding domain renewal has been refunded?
  Let me know if there are additional steps I need to take to move this forward.

  The recent payment you are referring to is currently in dispute. To enable us to issue a refund directly, you will first need to remove the open payment dispute directly from your bank or PayPal, which depends on your initial payment method.
