Domain refund

  Hi there,

  Would it be possible to receive a refund for the following domain:
  bygonefx.com ?

  I decided to cancel my premium and personal plans after I couldn’t point said domain to external addresses and was given the option to receive a full refund for both plans and domain or for just the plans. I originally opted for the latter (just the two plans) thinking I might be able to now point the domain to another address. This however was not the case. After finding that out, I decided to also cancel the domain as it was pretty much useless on a free plan, however, this time I was not offered a refund?

  Could you please clear this up?

  No problem! I was able to refund that domain as it was within the refund window.

  This should appear on your statement within 10 working days.

  The refund can also be seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
