  I requested a domain refund immediately after purchase and have not been refunded. It has been over 7 days. this is the email I received…

  Hey there, Christine!

  Our records show that a refund was requested and fulfilled on November 3, 2014. You may want to contact your bank/credit card company to see what may be causing the delay. I just emailed you the invoice that displays the completed transaction. It has all the refund number you may need to give to your bank.
