Domain Refund

  Hello,

  I have bought a domain name from wordpress.com (runwithurdog.com) and 24 hours after buying it I have realized it was not at all what i was looking for, so I have asked for a refund, as I still was in the 48 hours delay.

  My cancellation is pending ever since (12 days ago) and I didn’t receive the email saying my demand was being processed.

  What should I do in order to get my money back and to get the domain name available again.

  Hi Andrea,

  I would be happy to cancel and delete runwithurdog.com for you.
  So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

  Hello! I’ll try to speak English….

  So, i bought a personal domain 18$, bu i didn’t like some “settings”, so I must receive my money back, but i have not receive money yet.

  I’d like to know WHY and how long I have to wait?

  It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  hi i also would like to get the domain i just purchased yesterday to refund. A bit worry here as the refund policy clearly stated 2 days. Anybody can please help?

  my blog site is allianceesnet.wordpress.com.
  I had posted a request as well but nobody has yet to come back to me.
  Any staff can assist me please?
