Domain Refund

  I’ve decided to wait on registering a domain name on WordPress and want to cancel my recent purchase (made less than an hour ago). However, I am unable to do this on the ‘manage purchases page’ even when it is stated on the help page that ‘For domains, we can refund within 48 hours of purchase.’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are still unable to receive a refund, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.
