I’m going to assume you’ve read everything at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ and that you’re in full compliance.
If you’ve gone through that process and received your refund confirmation email you should be good to go. It’s just a matter of waiting the 5-7 business days for it to be refunded.
Hopefully everything should go smoothly for you, but if you haven’t gotten the email or the refund in that time, come back here and reply to this thread with the details and tag this thread for modlook. You can do that by looking to the right of this dialog box and looking for “Tags”. Enter “modlook” in the text box and click the “Add” button. :)

Hey,
I followed the directions and haven’t gotten an email about it. The domain was part of the upgrade and even though I cancelled both I only got an email about the premium refund and that’s not for the full amount.
Unfortunately there in not a number or email for you to contact someone at word press directly and you can only ask on the message boards.
