Domain refund

  I created two domains but only been refunded for the first one and haven’t for the second one and the second one isn’t showing up on my manage purchases anymore for some reason but I do have it on my bank statement as proof so I need someone to contact me to tell me what is going on, the domain in question is http://www.awakenentrepreneur.net
