Domain refund

  Hello,
  I cancelled my upgrade within one day of subscription. I expected to receive a refund on the domain: successnow.blog. As of today I don’t receive it yet. Please advice

  How long has it been since you cancelled?

  As stated on the refund page in the support area of WordPress.com:

  How will you refund my payment?

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

  If it has not processed yet and has been more than 5-7 business days, I’ll also be tagging this with modlook just in case so we can get staff to verify the status for you.

  Howdy –

  It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post back in your account.

  Please inquire with your bank about any possible delays after that duration. It is also helpful to know how the refund will appear on your statement as this can vary from bank to bank.

  I have confirmed that we processed a full refund of $99 on 12/27/16.
