Domain Refund!

  I cancelled my domain on January 5, 2017, the day I was charged and it came out of my bank. It said I would be refunded but I have yet to be refunded the $13.00. It said it could take 7 days and it’s now the 19th.
  Who do I contact? I can’t find any contact info!

  It appears that the refund was not processed correctly. I’ve just processed it again and this time it went through. You can view a receipt on the billing history page:
