Hi there,
You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee.
Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and refund your upgrades on this end. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.
Your stats and your content are all safe. But because chargebacks are a very serious matter we lock any site with a pending chargeback until the matter is resolved. You can find more information here:
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hello,
I changed the automatic withdraw from Paypal to inactive and opened a dispute. That’s it.
I looked several times, make some google search and didn’t found how to cancel my dispute (she does not appears on my dispute portal on Paypal) or cancel my inactive auto. withdraw.
Do you have a solution for that ? I’m sure that i’m not the only one on that case.
Thank you very much. -
Did you read this PayPal page on chargebacks?

Let me know. Thanks!

Yes, the dispute has been closed Hey there, and I have canceled your subscription for amelieetbernard.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care,
