domain refund

  I am trying to get a refund for my domain as well, I already cancelled the domain but have not received an email about it yet. Please advise as to what I should do.

  This may be just a weekend lag, but I am tagging this thread for staff attention with the modlook tag, as they are able to assist with refunds, but be patient.

  In the meantime, please confirm the domain name that you have requested the refund for. Thanks!
