Domain Refund

  Hello! I purchased a personal upgrade but it wasn’t quite what I wanted so I refunded the 35.88 but instead only 9.88 was refunded. Then I realized I wasn’t refunded for the domain which is 26$. When I tried to remove the domain there was no option to refund it (only to cancel it, which I did thinking this was correct) even though it’s within 48 hours. I don’t know how to get a refund for it now. Thank you!

  I’ve processed the additional $26 so you’ll be refunded the complete purchase price of $35.88. These funds should reach you in about ten days.

  Typically it takes about 5 days before the domain will be available to be registered again on another platform.
