domain refund issue

    Hi there, I have waited for 13 working days and I still did not receive my refund. Why is that? I paid by card.

    If you haven’t already, you can access your purchase history and request a refund on your Purchases page.

    In the meantime I’ll add a modlook tag to this post to bring your concern to the attention of WordPress.com staff.

    We issued your refund on 20 January, so that’s when the funds were returned to your financial institution. But we don’t control how long they take to return those funds to your account with them.

    Please contact your bank/credit card company directly to ask about this. You can use the transaction ID from our payments processor that appears in the refund receipt as a reference when contacting them.
