Domain refund issues

I had a blog under a previous username/account. I bought the domain and canceled it within the same day. I did not receive the refund, but I also canceled the email account, so I cannot go back. Can you please help?

the name of the blog I need help with is NOT the one listed above, I just made this account so I could actually get some help (as it’s absolutely impossible to get help otherwise. The name of the blog I was working with was bookshhh.com. I canceled the email associated with it as I thought I had canceled the domain and had no intentions of going further with it. I filled out the form and everything! I don’t understand what happened.

And I just did a search for the blog and it’s still up!!! I absolutely canceled the domain – I did it the same day that I created it – Feb. . Furthermore, after I did that, I deleted my blog. Obviously, it’s still there, but I absolutely filled out the form, including the reason why I wanted to delete the blog/account. I do not understand why it’s still up and why my domain was never canceled and refunded after I took the steps! Seriously frustrated here!!
