  I canceled my domain which I originally purchased for $18 but why does it say $13 refund?

  Hi there,

  Where do you see a $13 refund?

  Your domain, theschoolkey.org, renewed on 25 January at $18. On 26 January you added a Personal Plan for which you paid $28.

  On 19 February you cancelled both those upgrades. We issued a full refund for the plan at $28, but we did not issue a refund for the domain as the domain was already past the 48 hours refund period at that point.
