Domain Refund Request – Been ignored

contact support – is there a contact support button? I can’t find it. My cancellation made on Monday within 24 hours of starting the domain on Sunday has not been processed, my money has not been refunded. I am not to blame for following WordPress instructions for cancellation and the process not working correctly. Would someone from wordpress please respond and tell me why this has not been cancelled and why the refund has not been made.

I have contacted my credit card company to initiate a chargeback but I think WordPress should honour their word that refunds are available within 48 hours, I requested mine after 17 hours. Would someone please respond.

I am having the same problem- its a little bullshit- the whole “support system” is based on a dog chasing their tail.

I don’t know of any other company in the world that has no email, no phone, no physical address. I suggest you go through your credit card provider and ask for a chargeback. If WordPress wants to ignore people and not uphold its own policies – what else can we do? I am still waiting for a reply from someone at wordpress to sort this out.

Our Upgrades department did receive your refund request. They will process it as soon as they can.

That’s good news, thanks to you and jennifer for picking p on this. I thought there would have been some sort of automatic message when a refund is being processed. I look forward to knowing it has gone through.
