Domain Refund Requested with No Response.

    I have requested to have receive a refund for my domain registration 3 or 4 times and noone has responded. I have emailed the support team and recieved emails back saying “we will contact you shortly” yet noone has contacted me.

    What happens if noone contacts me prior to the 48 hr refund period?
    Is this all munipulation?

    Please instruct me on how to get this issue resolved.

    I’m so sorry you have had to wait for so long. I do believe Staff will respond to this thread this evening. Hang in there and thanks for being so patient.

    I am hoping this issue will be resolved soon. It will be hitting midnight in less than an hour….I cannot believe I have been waiting this long.

    I am hoping that a reputable company, such as WordPress, would respond prior the 48 hours. I will be appalled if they denied my refund, as agreed upon.

    From what I have seen in the forum (I am just one of your fellow bloggers) the staff has a good record of making good on refunds as long as your original request was made inside the proper deadline. You also have this thread that you can reference to establish your claim.

  • Actually, it looks like we’ve only received 2 requests from you. One this morning and one this afternoon. I responded to the one you sent this morning about 6 hours ago and the one that you sent this afternoon just now.

    Did you not receive either of the replies?
