Domain refund (staff only answer)

    I wrote on the forum awakenentrepreneur.net and it somehow got changed to awakenentrepeneur.wordpress.com and that’s not what I typed in, I really need to talk to a staff member, I have a bank statement that shows I purchased two domains, the first one awakenentrepeneur.wordpress.com which I have been refunded for and the second one awakenentrepreneur.net which is not showing up in my manage purchases and I want a refund for it, I tried to get a refund but the website did not let me. And it has been erased from my billing history, but I would like it if just staff contacted me about this issue.
