    Hi there!

    I see that a full refund was issued from our side. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing (There are multiple refund receipts.)

    Your bank/credit card company may take 7-10 business days to process the refund. If you don’t see it after waiting that period, please contact them to see if they may have removed the original transaction instead (known as a reversal).

    On a separate note, I’m sorry to see that you canceled your domain and WordPress.com subscriptions with us. Is there anything we can do to help you build your site on WordPress.com? Feel free to tell us about your site requirements.
