Domain refund/explanation please

    Hi there, I have purchased the premium account yesterday but changed my mind after a couple of hours. I have received the refund for it but not the refund for the domain after canceling the domain. What happens next? Will I get the refund for the domain? If not could you explain why? Also if I am not getting the refund could I at least have the domain back after canceling?
    I wanted to change from wordpress.com to org. The prices for a self host with wordpress already offer a free domain. I am going to pay for a full price for the host still If I keep the domain I’ve paid for yesterday. That was one of the reasons why I’ve changed my mind. If you could give me some advice would be very appreciated.

    Hi there,

    I have received the refund for it but not the refund for the domain after canceling the domain.

    I can see you have cancelled all your purchases on your account. If you are sure you won’t need to the domain, I can refund the amount to you.

    However, if you want to use the domain again in the future then I’d advise not cancelling it as once cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back. There is more information about cancelling domains here:

    Please let me know whether you’d like to keep the domain upgrades or if you would prefer to receive a refund.
