Domain refunds

  How long does it take for a refund to appear in my account? I talked to someone and they said they issued a refund and that it would be there ‘shortly’. Not sure what shortly meant, but I don’t see the refund yet. And I was in the time frame of receiving a refund. TIA

  From what I have seen in the forum – 10 to 14 days – seems credit card companies are great at taking money and not so good about transferring it back

  Typically 7-14 days. Though in some rare cases involving non-USA credit cards, it can take longer.
