Domain registeration

  Good Afternoon, i recently paid for a domain through your site. however i am having trouble starting the website as it says i dont have a domain? Please help

  Perhaps you have more than one account. What is the URL of the domain.

  Hi there,

  The account you used to post here has never bought any domains from us.

  Is it possible you used a different username to buy a domain? If so, you need to be logged in as that username to use it.

  Hi

  Im the partner of the original poster.
  I wasnt with them when they registered (or supposedly registered) the domain, thebakingpair.com. However WHOIS.com says the domain was registered on the same day as their first email correspondence with wordpress, and the domain currently redirects to what seems to be a default wordpress ‘coming soon’ page, which makes me think they did register it.

  If that domain is not registered to this user is it possible to find out which user it is registered to?

  thebakingpair.com is registered with us, yes, but I cannot give you any information regarding the account that bought that domain, as that would be a violation of our privacy policy.

  Do you still have the receipt for the payment? If you log into WordPress.com using the email address at which you received that receipt email, you’ll be logged into the correct account.
