Domain registered but will not work,

  I have two problems:

  I registered a domain savethechildrenindiaprojectsobserved.com and attempted to use this. I get a message that I need to confirm the email address using the ICANN email, but when I attempt to do that I get an error message that just says the ICANN email can not be sent. I have checked my contact details and they seem to be correct.

  When I switched back to savethechildrenindiaprojectsobserveddotcom.wordpress.com because my registered domain is not working I am not able to access my site – I get a message that safari is looking for the other domain. Note that external followers can see the site, it’s just me who can’t. Bizarre!! Frustrating!!

  Hello Andy.

  Hmmm. It’s hard to tell exactly what happened here. It looks like the contact information was never applied, and thus while it shows as being registered here…it really isn’t.

  I’ve issued you a credit for the amount that you paid. Could you go and attempt to register the domain again? When you get to the checkout page, you’ll see the option to use the credits.
