Domain registered through WP 5 days ago stating not registered/ expired

  I purchased and registered http://www.conrowphoto.com through WordPress on 12/6/15. When I go to the website, it says it cannot be found. After I used support to validate my domain, it says it was expired and not registered.

  The charges have been added to my account and my credit card, therefore it was registered and it expires in November 2016.

  Please, help. I am very frustrated.

  No. I created a new website and paid an additional amount to register the site again. I now have 2 sites that are both registered as conrowphoto.com, but the second site works and maps correctly.
